  3. Rabbit in sour cream (150 gr.), Chuka salad (60 gr.), vegetables with lemon juice (120 gr.).

6th day

  1. Broccoli and cauliflower (130 g each), pomelo.
  2. Cooked meat (180 gr.), fried egg without oil (2 pcs.), cucumber, bell pepper, tomato.
  3. Low-fat fermented milk (100 ml.) with the addition of chopped dill, boiled chicken (180 g.).

7th day

  1. Pumpkin stew, green beans, chicken, sweet pepper (250 gr.).
  2. Baked fish steak, boiled eggs (2 pieces), sweet pepper, cucumber.
  3. Grapefruit, pear, apple, lean fish/meat (200 g).

Week #2

It is important to strictly follow the Maggi diet throughout the course.Below is the second week's menu for each day.

Day 1

  1. Hard-boiled eggs (2 pieces), grapefruit.
  2. Boiled lean meat (180 g), fresh cabbage (100 g).

7th day

Week #3

  3. Lean meat (180 gr.), boiled egg, orange.

Day 3

  1. Boiled eggs (2 eggs), pomelo (0.5 pcs.).
  2. Boiled meat (170 gr.), cucumber, tomato.
  3. Soft-boiled eggs (2 pieces), seaweed (60 gr.).

4th day

  1. Boiled broccoli (150 gr.), boiled egg.
  2. Cooked liver (80 gr.), vegetable salad without dressing (170 gr.).
  3. Steamed chicken cutlets (2 pieces), steamed vegetables (150 gr.).

Day 5

  1. Boiled eggs (2 pieces), pears.
  2. Boiled fish (170 g), vegetables (130 g).
